Lucy has 20+ years of business consulting experience. At the Waukesha County Center for Growth, Lucy and her colleagues connect businesses seeking to grow with municipalities, organizations, and resources that can assist them. She has worked in diverse business environments ranging from small to large Fortune 100 businesses utilizing her global expertise in business growth strategy, manufacturing, new product innovation, market research, and commercialization strategies. Prior to business consulting she worked in a corporate manufacturing environment evaluating and budgeting for strategic growth opportunities, managing projects in capital expansions, and scale-ups. Lucy holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management and a BS in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
Arlene Martin, Vice President – SBA Lending/USDA Commercial Lending, Huntington National Bank
Arlene has been in the financial industry since 1988, ranging from Business Banking/Commercial Lending to Commercial Real Estate. As an SBA Lender with Huntington Bank, she knows that there is a great need for business owners to gain access to capital. It is most often a critical component to the success of businesses during start-up and growth periods.
